How Does Book-A-Bed-Ahead Operate?
- Once a customer has decided to stay in an establishment, a booking will be made either telephonically or by fax.
- Upon booking, each customer immediately pays a deposit equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation at the establishment.*
- Book-A-Bed-Ahead will take a 10% commission of the total booking up to a maximum of five nights. The remainder of the deposit will be forwarded to the establishment by cheque, or electronically transferred into the relevant bank account within 48 hours of the date of the booking. Please note that if a booking is made on a Friday or Saturday, the transaction may take longer than the stipulated 48 hours.
- The customer will be issued with a confirmation booking slip to prove that they have paid for the first nights' accommodation.
If the customer is not in possession of a confirmation slip please phone the BABA offices immediately.
